Feasible Study On The Provincial Highway 342 West Line In Changshu

The feasibility study on construction project is an important part of the preliminary work of engineering construction, and it’s also the main basis of the decision on construction project. This thesis is based on the study of the project about provincial highway 342 west line in Changshu. We analyzed and demonstrated the functional positioning and the necessity of the project construction through the study of economic and social development planning, traffic development planning and other related planning on the project’s location. And we concluded standards of construction which meet the traffic demands on the basis of the analysis and forecast of the traffic volume. According to the field investigations and surveys about the project, we focused on the research of current situation of construction engineering conditions, analysed possible engineering construction plans and conducted preliminary comparison and demonstration from technology, construction conditions, the cost and benefit and other aspects. Then we recommended reasonable construction scheme.Based on the feasibility study on the project and the evaluation results about economic, energy, social environment an so on, the project is feasible in technology and reasonable in economy. And it will provide guidance about plan and cost etc. for the next phase of work.
