With the rapid development of the urbanization and Mobilization,the constant growth of the traffic demand makes the urban road and traffic facing all sorts of problems Solve the city traffic problem,it is must enlarge degree and invest of road facilities construction,enhance the research of the management system of the urban road construction project.The feasibility study on road construction projects is the foundation that road construction projects start well,run smoothly and complete successfully,and it is very important in the entire construction process.In this paper,take road construction project of the garden road of the Liu Dong new area in Liu Zhou city as object of study,carry on feasibility study of the project from the technology,economic and environmental.This paper includes 6 parts,namely,number one,to elaborately explain the project's background,significance and purpose and to briefly demonstrate the development of the feasibility study within and outside the country.Number two,to introduce the project briefly,including:the location of the geographical,topography and geomorphology,engineering geology and water quality,traffic status,etc..And discusses the necessity of the construction of the project.Number three,select OD survey method to investigate the traffic status of Liu Dong New Area,to determine the contents of the project OD survey and survey points,analyze and count the OD survey data.The four stage forecasting method is chosen to carry out statistical analysis of traffic volume,which provides reliable data support for economic evaluation and project implementation.Number four,introduce the principle and idea of design scheme,design the overall scheme of the project,mainly including road engineering,bridge engineering,traffic engineering,drainage works and other ancillary works,and discuss the various engineering survey,design principle and design scheme.Number five,from the environmental point of view,this paper analyzes and studies the influence of the construction period and operation period of road construction projects on the environment,and introduces the corresponding measures to avoid pollute the environment,and to ensure the environmental protection of the project.Number six,to illustrate the investment estimation and the various fees on road construction investment,and introduce the financing,and analyse and compare the investment estimate,a clear financing and cost criteria.And introduce the economic evaluation method and basis,economic benefits and cost calculation and analysis,and calculate the economic cost benefit index.Through the social discount rate,the shadow of total group,trade cost rate,evaluate the nation economy through the calculation period evaluation parameters,analyse national economic sensitivity,and we can see the road with financial profitability,which is advantageous to the investors.
