The provincial road S248 Zhengding to Xingtang section is planned to be upgraded from the current county road group.Due to the low grade of the Tuanjia line and the narrow road width,there is a safety hazard in the non-mixing of the machine,which affects the rapid and smooth road and reduces the road.The capacity and service level of trunk roads cannot be adapted to the road functions they undertake,and there is an urgent need for upgrading and broadening.Therefore,the project will appropriately re-route the provincial highway S248.By connecting the provincial highway S248 with the north extension of Zhonghua Street,the functional positioning of the provincial highway S248 rapid trunk highway can be better realized,forming a positive direction from Shijiazhuang City to the north.The north-south trunk road of Xinle and Xingtang.The topic of this thesis comes from the feasibility study of the provincial S248 reconstruction project.This paper is based on the feasibility study of the provincial S248 reconstruction project.Firstly,the status quo and significance of the feasibility study are expounded,and the overall research plan and expected effect of the highway reconstruction project are put forward.Based on the socio-economic situation and traffic situation of the project-affected area,the trend traffic volume is determined through qualitative and quantitative analysis.And induce traffic volume,thereby further ensuring the scientific and accuracy of traffic volume prediction;secondly,according to the actual construction conditions of the project,with reference to relevant technical parameters and specifications,specific construction plans and personnel training plans are determined;Investment estimates and economic evaluation of the project.Finally,through the investigation of the social ecological environment around the project construction area,the impact on the project is also discussed.construction on the environment and the future benefits were analyzed,and the whole project was evaluated for energy conservation and social evaluation.This paper is based on the provincial S248 reconstruction project,based on the traffic and economic data of the project-affected area,combined with the relevant theories of highway engineering feasibility study,through the practical research on the traffic volume prediction and demand analysis of the reconstruction project.Determine the main control points of the route,and combine the status and function of the proposed project in the road network,focus on the route plan,construction standards and scale,etc.,thus providing a scientific and reliable theoretical research basis for the feasibility study of highway reconstruction projects..
