| With the continuous development of the highway industry,the high grade highway through the city is more and more,high grade highway transport in the process of promoting local economic development has an important role.But the characteristics of the highway project has such as large capital investment,land occupation and consumption of resources,the highway project has a greater risk.Therefore,the feasibility study of highway project is an important basis for the project,and provides an important basis for the follow-up of the project.S201 line Karamay crossing section of the highway is an important part of the highway construction planning in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,the completion of the project to promote regional economic development has an important role.According to the theory of highway project feasibility study,this paper analyzes the related problems of the project implementation,in order to provide guidance and help for the successful completion of the project.This article is divided into five parts: the first chapter mainly defines the background,purpose and significance of the project construction,and analyzes the relevant research status at home and abroad.The second chapter first on local conditions and social environment are described,and has carried on the analysis on the social environment and the proposed project of the mutual influence and interaction,then on the traffic situation and development planning within the project area analysis,traffic volumes of the project affected area of prediction and sensitivity analysis.The third chapter analyzes the technical feasibility of the project from two aspects of the project construction conditions,construction standards and scale.In the fourth chapter,the economic feasibility of the project is analyzed.In this chapter,the investment of the project is estimated,and the financing plan is established.In the fifth chapter,the environment,energy saving,and social impact of the project were evaluated. |
