Study current situation of the emergency project management on sudden disasters and the characteristic and classification of high-voltage grid sudden disasters, proposed a mechanism for the conductivity causal association between grid sudden disasters. Based on the theory of high-voltage grid sudden disasters emergency management, emergency project management system was built. At the same time, combined with the power grid problems existing in the actual to comb our emergency project management system.
