In recent years,the development of the national economy in China has been developing rapidly and steadily,the rapid development of construction engineering has been driven by it and scale of construction engineering is increasingly widening.However,frequent sudden accidents has seriously hindered the completion of the target of the construction project and brought great economic loss and negative effect.Because of its characteristics of contingency and destruction,engineering accidents increase the challenge of engineer emergency management.With increasing pressure of project emergency management,the demand for emergency management becomes more urgent.Emergency resources,as the most critical factor,are the basis of all emergency rescue operations,and emergency resource allocation is the main way to obtain emergency resources.Therefore,it is of great significance and necessity to study how to allocate emergency resources effectively.Thus,this paper will aim at improving project emergency rescue effect of the sudden accident and take the emergency resource allocation as the research content,summarize the present research status of the relevant literature and analyze the cause of project sudden accident.On this basis,the important factors and relations of the emergency resource allocation system are found out,by Combining System dynamics method and the characteristics of the construction project,the emergency resource allocation model is built,and the computer modeling,simulation and testing are carried out by the Vensim.Based on the background of a construction project accident accident,the dynamic simulation analysis of the emergency resource allocation strategy is performed on the model.The simulation results show that the model simulation results are in accordance with the actual situation of the construction project,and the model has a certain reliability.The compatibility between resources will seriously affect the effectiveness of emergency rescue of construction projects.It is necessary for engineering managers to consider the three types of emergency resources and pay attention to the mutual matching and coordination of emergency funds,personnel and materials,and Insufficient or excessive amount of any type of resources reduces the effectiveness of emergency rescue.Among the three types of emergency resources,emergency funding is the most critical,which determines the direct materials and manual acquisition and use required for emergency management.The acquisition of emergency supplies and the deployment of emergency personnel all require financial support.In the decision-making of emergency resource allocation,the characteristics of the construction project itself should be taken into consideration.By extending the working time,the work efficiency of the personnel can be improved in the short term,but the long-term fatigue will reduce the quality of the project and increase the cost of rework and engineering.This has certain reference value for construction project managers to make emergent accident emergency decisions.Finally,we put forward some suggestions for future research.
