With the improvement of scientific and technological innovation level and production efficiency, electronic information industry is facing unprecedented challenges, such as rapid upgrading of product,prices fall down faster, and fierce competition in the industry, and rising material costs.The same is for electronic information products trade enterprises. Electronic products market and logistics are the two sources of profits in electronic information industry. In the paper,products trading centerof electronic information industry contains two functions of professional market and logistics center. The effective implementation of production and service function depends on the rationality of planning and facilitylayout in products trading center. Therefore, in order to reduce logistics costs, improve operational efficiency, accelerate the circulation of commodities, and improve the efficiency of operations management market, it has a important practical significance that determining the center of the construction scale and optimizing the layout of the functional area based on the theory and methods of proper guidance.The paper focuses on the electronic information industry products trading center and conducts the researchfor achieving the overall layout of trading center from three aspects: trading center to determine the scale of construction, transportation system planning and functional area layout optimization. Firstly, we define and discribe the electronic information industry and its products trading center.And we make the overall planning analysisfor trading center from the trading center market positioning, business model and business strategy, functional area layout. Secondly, the paper gives a detailed study and proposes a calculation model for determining the scale of trading center.Then we design trading center traffic system based on the correlation analysis between the function layout and traffic system inside and outside. Finally, we propose a multi-objective optimization model of functional area layout which has a L-shaped main channel, to minimize material handling costs and maximize the closely integrated degree and land area utilization.For solving the problem, we employa hybrid algorithm based on GA and climbing algorith and use matlab platform to realise the algorithm. And the overall layout of trading center will be obtained.
