| In the era of rapid economic development, with the trade volume increasing year by year, the railway freight, as the most important component of our comprehensive communication and transportation system, is playing a more and more important role in the national economic development.With the speeding up of the national industrialization and urbanization, on the one hand, the demand of freight market for railway transportation is growing, on the other hand, the more and more intense competition of freight market has raised a higher requirement for the administration of railway freight transportation.In the railway freight transportation process, as the main transport agent, the freight vehicle has played a crucial role. With the continuous development of railway industry and the increase of market demand, the problem of low repair quality, delayed repair and low economic benefit emerges gradually in the current freight vehicle maintenance system, which will interfere with the freight. Therefore, comprehensive upgrade of freight vehicle maintenance quality and timely and reliable maintenance is of great significance to guarantee the the railway freight safety and order.Based on the three key points--safety, efficiency and profit to guarantee the freight order, the paper come up with some improvement and optimization measures for the existing freight vehicle maintenance system. Through the comparative analysis of the research on domestic and oversea railway freight vehicle maintenance system, the basic situation of global freight vehicle maintenance can be grasped and the advanced ideas can be summarized so as to guide the improvement and optimization of the domestic system; through the research on the operation process of freight vehicle,we can understand and master the main problems existing in the implement and enforcement of the current system;Through the modeling analysis of freight vehicle’s economic life, we can get the trace date of sample freight vehicles and make qualitative theoretical analysis of the operational reliability with the current level of technology, material technology and freight organization; research on the practical situation of the development of the the current domestic railway information network, research on the network-based dynamic management of national railway freight vehicles, monitor the feasibility of actual operating mileage and the operation state, and explore the maintenance system in accordance with Chinese situation. At the same time, I also put forward suggestion to improve the existing management of freight vehicle maintenance to enhance the market adaptability capacity of the state section.Suggestions: on the basis of the freight pressure and the software and hardware condition at present, the freight vehicle maintenance system should accelerate the transformation from planned preventive repair to planned change repair. When the science mature, we should take the condition repair supplemented by planned change repair and gradually reduce the senior repair and enforce ordinary maintenance. |
