Study On The Formula Of Microemulsified Diesel Fuel And Its Dynamic Economical Efficiency

This paper introduced the development of a new prescription of the preparatingmicroemulsified diesel fuel. The mixed emulsifiers were made up of a certain percent ofammonium oleate, n-butanol and alkyl phenol together ethylene (10) ether oxygen (OP-10)and so on, and its surface active agent was ammonium oleic acid made by oleic acid andammonia. The mixed emulsifier with a certain percent of mixed coemulsifier, water,0~#diesel,can form microemulsion diesel fuel, which has good appearance,stability and lower price.The paper elaborated the preparation technology of the mixed emulsifier andmicroemulsion diesel fuel. At the same time, we analysed the affect of preparation technologyon stability of microemulsified diesel fuel, such as temperature, speed of blender, orders ofaddition of components, time of blender and type of blender, etc. Considering the dynamicalefficiency and economical efficiency of microemulsified diesel fuel.In the experiment, finedifferent proportion microemulsion diesel fuel which added certain additives were studied,water content were8%,10%,13%,16%and20%. Refer to GB/T19147-2003, the importantperformance indexes of five samples were measured, such as solidifying point, cold filterpoint, closed flashing point, movement viscosity, density, sulphur content and so on.Through the diesel engine test, the paper researched the dynamical efficiency,economical efficiency and free acceleration smoke emission efficiency of0~#diesel and twokind of microemulsion diesel fuel whose water content proportion were8%and10%respectively. Load characteristics, external characteristics and free acceleration smokeemission of these three fuel engine were measured in the experiments. Through the real cartest, take public transport vehicles as test vehicle, the paper researched the kilometer of fuelconsumption of public transport vehicles which burning this three fuels.From the result of the test, it is showed that the important performance indexes of thedeveloped microemulsion diesel fuel with water content in the range of8%to10%meet the0~#diesel requirements on the basis of GB/T19147-2003“vehicle diesel", which have goodadvantages of low temperature performance, oxidation resistance, low sulfur, low density, etc.Its dynamic efficiency has a certain fall degree which will not affect the actual use and free acceleration smoke emission was reduceed about half, which had a good energy conservationand environmental protection effect.
