Against to high-speed railway, ballast track and ballastless track have their own merits and drawbacks. It is an important segment that studing the economical efficiency of different tracks in track lectotype procedure.Summarizing the local and foreign study methods and outcome of the economical efficiency of ballastless track, this article suggests using life cycle costing(LCC) and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) as methods to study the economical efficiency of ballastless track of high-speed railway in our country. After that, it gives an example to show the analysis process.To consider construction cost and maintenance cost of the track itself, it calculates the total cost within life cycle, using annuity as index of comparison. According to uncertainty factors, the article discusses their reasonable spans, and gives fiducial interval range of the LCC conclusion.It embodies not only the direct influencing factors but also indirect ones in AHP study of the economical efficiency of ballastless track. This article establishes hierarchical structure of population economical efficiency of track, and uses method of expert point rating to fix weight among the influencing factors, in which it shows that construction cost of the track and maintenance time are the most important.To take the Chengdu-Dujiangyan railway(West Pixian-Qingchengshan section) for instance, using the methods mentioned above, the article gets that it is the most economy track structure to lay ballastless track on the whole line. In general, this article supplies theory proof of building ballastless track in high-speed railway from the economy aspect.
