There is a large distance between China and developed countries on ash multipurpose utilization technologies. The growth rate of ash multipurpose utilization has been slowed into a bottleneck period. Because of the physical truth, a sally port should be found form the chained mode of ash dispose for power plants, which provides capital quarantee for science research to promote the develop of ash multipurpose utilization.Distinguished achievements have been acquired on ash removing in China; it is difficult to develop further. There is little research on the cost of ash transport system; it is difficult for power plants to choose ash transport technology, to think over on the whole system is lack for power plants, so it is important and necessary to research on the economical efficiency of ash transport system.On account of the foundation mentioned below, physical and chemical nature of fly ash is studied firstly, then hydrodynamic transport nature-. pneumatic transport nature and multipurpose utilization nature of ash is studied, after that, the economical efficiency of three ash transport technologies is researched, and the computation models of three ash transport systems are built. The basic calculation software of the ash transport system cost is developed to provide reference on ash transport system choosing. At last, in allusion to physical truth of some power plants, optimization research is taken by using the developed calculation software.
