Technology Management Of Auxiliary Boiler APS Technical Renovation Project Of Shaoxing Power Plant

Power plant as a technology intensive enterprise, the project management have more restrictions by technical factors, so the research of technical management of power plant project have many benefits that help to clarify the general pattern and requirements, and could combine management elements with the effect of technical characteristics to quantitative analysis, it will enhance the power plant project management level and optimize the power plant project management mode.In this paper, the gas turbine-steam turbine combined cycle power generation unit as an example, and according to the basic theory exposition the thought of management technology was introduced into technical innovation project of Shaoxing electric, Shaoxing technological transformation project management content, process, methods, means, effect and evaluation are introduced in detail, the role of technical management in the scope management, schedule management, quality management and cost management, and further expounds the technology as the intrinsic decisive factors for the impact of the various elements of the project, and how to use technical means to optimize the elements of each project, and ultimately the projec to achieve optimal.Firstly, this paper starts with the domestic and foreign dynamic study of the project management theory, analyzes the content and procedure of Shaoxing electric function of technical management of the organization and technical management. Secondly, the Shaoxing technological transformation project in technology management exist problems and reasons are analyzed, then from three aspects of basic technology management, operation management and technology management of equipment and technique put forward to the methods and means of management technology. Finally, the Shaoxing technological transformation project through the technical management of effect, it is established based on the estimate of relative position queuing model on the effect of the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and evaluated.Through technical management that used in the APS boiler technological transformation project of Shaoxing electric startup, it can greatly improve the safety and economy of the production and operation, improve the technology level of the project and ultimately to enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises, and conformed to the company’s long-term development strategy goals.
