With the rapid development of social economy,it is necessary to industrial enterprise combining economic benefits and ecological environment protection,especially for the thermal power enterprises,is the key of the current its focus on energy saving and emission reduction.There are many factors affecting the efficient operation of circulating cooling water and steam turbine unit of thermal power plant.This paper has carried out a comprehensive,in-depth and systematic study on the energy saving efficiency of various system equipment in the steam turbine unit.The transformation technology of optical shaft heating can not only greatly save energy consumption,but also improve the heating capacity of thermal power plants.This article will research results with plump thermoelectric company combined with production practice,through the rich thermoelectric company integrated lift for two units of the actual case studies,technical transformation and defect management is further evidence that the reliability of the research results,for power generation enterprises energy conservation and emissions reduction work provide certain reference instance.The innovation point of this paper is to discuss how to improve the efficiency of comprehensive energy utilization through technological transformation.By tinkering with heat pump waste heat utilization,reconstruction of vacuum hot pressing and optical axis and so on the many kinds of technology are compared,and a wide range of vacuum hot pressing technology reform the indicators are slightly higher than that of optical axis transformation technology,optical axis transformation technology static investment is 32.8 million yuan,however,only for the reconstruction of heat pump heat recycling technology and vacuum hot pressing technology of a third.The economic benefits brought by the transformation technology of optical axis are far higher than that of heat pump waste heat utilization and reconstruction technology optical axis heating is determined.This reconstruction scheme replaces the special optical axis in the heating and replaces the low-pressure rotor with the pure condensation in the non-heating season.Mainly relates to the steam turbine noumenon,condenser,computer,extraction system,water system,circulating water system,computer system,network of the shaft sealing filling water drain system,network system,campus network,and other related equipment.The existing steam turbine is converted into a high-back pressure heating unit,and the low pressure cylinder does not enter the steam,and the main steam is done by the high-pressure main steam door and the high-pressure regulating valve into the high school pressure cylinder.Medium pressure exhaust steam(low heat extraction resection)all enter heat network heater heating.The low pressure rotor is removed and replaced with a light shaft,connecting the high school pressure rotor and generator to transmit torque.During the heating period,the unit adopts the optical axis program operation,that is,the back pressure machine runs,and in the non-heating period,the unit is required to switch back to the condensing mode.This transformation technology can recover the heat of steam exhaust from the low pressure cylinder into the condenser,without the low pressure rotor,and the steam has no enthalpy drop,so that as many heat networks as possible can be used for heating.Optical axis heating after technical renovation project implementation,conclusive test for reforming unit,under the condition of the operation of the factory rules,determination of turbine steam consumption rate under different load condition,heat consumption rate and heat supply quantity of heat,thermoelectric ratio,ratio,power supply coal effectively reduces the generation cost of the unit.This paper USES a series of design to achieve the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption,saving energy and reducing consumption is one important way of power generation enterprise survival and development,the energy saving work,ability to make coal-fired power plants in a competitive electricity market,and constantly developed in the competition.
