| Electric power industry is a basic industry in national economy andpeople’s livelihood, which plays a considerable role in the development ofmodern society. Power transmission and transformation project plays a key role inthe process of protection of the normal operation of power systems. In recent years, alot of power transmission and transformation projects carry out across the country,reducing the growing demand for electricity. However, for many power transmissionand transformation projects, there are no scientific plans before construction.Theirtechnical and economic aspects are not feasible. It caused a great impact on thebuilding of the power grid as a whole.Power transmission and transformation projecttechnology and economic management are gradually taken seriously. How to ensurethat the power transmission and transformation project technical and economicfeasibility becomes a pressing task under the new situation.In this paper, on the basis of a large number of related literature at homeand abroad, combined with their own practical work, the writer makes analysisand evaluation on Changli to Laoting double500kV power transmission andtransformation project in the technical and economic. Firstly, this paperintroduces the research background and significance, research status at homeand abroad and the research content and methods, etc.Then the paper expoundsthe engineering and technical economic analysis of related theory. Secondly, itexpounds the feasibility and necessity of the Changli to Laoting double500kvpower transmission and transformation project. Technical feasibility scheme isdesigned. Then, it makes technical and economic analyses on the project and acomprehensive appraisal is made on the application of analytic hierarchyprocess in the engineering project. The feasibility of the investment constructionhas been verified. In the paper, it provides new ideas and solutions for theconstruction of power transmission and transformation project of investment forthe future research. |
