The Vehicle Electric pedal is a portable electronic product, whose role is to facilitate the passengers to get on and off. The object of this research is a car controller of electric foot pedal for independent design of the enterprise. In order to carry out the function test and performance test for the controller,auxiliary products production, and obtain scientific and effective data support, the controller have important meanings to the development of the detection test bed.In the first place, the research direction was got a clear understanding according to the field the project involved and the literature retrieval and reading made from the two aspects of PCBA testing method and the commonly used system; Secondly, the overall scheme of testing system was proposed by the overall understanding of the product application and function, and the detailed analysis for the functional requirements of the pedal controller; Thirdly, on the basis of overall scheme, the detection system was designed respectively from the three parts of the mechanical structure, electrical control and testing software; Finally, the system accuracy and stability was evaluated through the experiment method and the actual application. The specific content as follows:(1) The theoretical study: On the one hand, the difference between the starting current and the block current for the motor is obtained by the study of the load armature current characteristics of the permanent magnet dc motor for the actuators pedal, and the current curve of the motor was also got through experiments; On the other hand, the interference noise source of the system was analyzed, the motor current de-noising was done by the use of de-noising method based on wavelet analysis, the feasibility of this method was verified by experiments;Finally, Study on the extraction of characteristic parameters of motor current, according to the characteristics of current curve presents "method to extract the gradual segmentation".(2) The hardware and software design: According to the overall scheme design, the hardware system consists of mechanical structure design and electric control. The design of the test fixture is one of the main mechanical parts; the electrical control part mainly includes the generation of the door signal and the communication control of the up and down machine. The research and development of the system software is the core part of this topic, which includes the design of the test program and the PLC control program for the upper machine. The main function of the PLC control program is to achieve the pedal device control; the upper machine test program mainly includes seven function modules such as the basic function test of the pedal, the lamp functional testing and the performance monitoring. According to the requirements of the system research and development, the research was designed by modules based on the Lab VIEW development platform.(3) The experiment and analysis: First, before putting the test equipment into use, the accuracy of the system test data was analyzed and evaluated by experiments; Secondly, through the test of controller products and the analysis of the mathematical statistics of the physical test data, the accuracy and the stability of the detection system was verified.
