In recent years,through the tireless efforts of numerous aerospace research workers,China's aerospace industry has made the world's attention,especially in August 16,2016 China launched the world's first quantum science experimental satellite "Mozi",marking China has been in the leading level in the world of space.Antenna as an extremely important working parts on the satellite,its main role is to accept the ground's control signal,carry out the corresponding action,and send data to the ground.So,whether the satellite could play its function depends on whether the antenna is in normal working condition.Satellite antenna must rely on the normal operation of permanent magnet synchronous motor when it works normally.So,after the permanent magnet synchronous motor is produced,we need to test its function and performance in the overall.It could be used on the satellite after being proved to be qualified.So,it is necessary to design a set of complete permanent magnet synchronous motor control system to simulate the drive circuit of the satellite in the ground.The permanent magnet synchronous motor control and test system developed in this paper is a set of test equipment,which fully simulates the driving line for satellite operation and can be used to test the function and performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor.The permanent magnet synchronous motor control and test scheme based on id = 0 rotor magnetic field orientation is the most mature and practicable control algorithm in the control of PMSM.It can not only control the motor with ultra-high precision under ultra-low speed,High-speed control of PMSM can also achieve better speed stability.The satellite drive line also uses this algorithm for motor control.So the subject of the development of the equipment using the same control algorithm,and achieve it in the TMS320F28335 DSP.The control system equipment can drive the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the open loop,closed loop and other work mode working,and colleting permanent magnet synchronous motor's states parameters,including A,B,C three-phase current,the location signal of the motor rotary transformer,power supply parameters and the main backup working status,and displaying in the user interface real-time.At the same time,the control system can test the velocity stability,the accuracy of fixed angle to maintain,the speed fluctuations of angle to maintain,rotary transformer accuracy and other indicators of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,all the test work is automatically controlled by the control system.The permanent magnet synchronous motor control and test system developed in this project is fully functional and can fully test the parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.The system has excellent usability and performance and has passed the acceptance and has played a role in the validation of aerospace products.
