In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standard,the demand for air conditioning is getting higher and higher.Frequency conversion air conditioning has become the mainstream,and the core of the comfort of frequency conversion air conditioning is the control of the compressor.At present,there are endless control methods for compressor,among which permanent magnet synchronous motor control is the most widely used drive mode.So the research and development of motor controller is in a golden age,the quality of motor controller directly affects the work of the compressor.Under the background of the rise of domestic products,the main control chip of motor controller tends to be made in China.When the air conditioner compressor is running at low speed,the noise and vibration of the air conditioner will become larger and stronger due to the periodic torque fluctuation,and even shorten the service life of the air conditioner.Therefore,it is necessary to use the torque ripple suppression scheme on the motor controller to deal with it.There are many kinds of research on torque pulsation suppression at home and abroad,and various theories are iterated.This paper will use the domestic MCU as the main control chip,design a motor controller with torque ripple suppression,and build the corresponding experimental platform to verify its working condition.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)First,select the main control chip of the motor controller according to the demand,and then sort out the complete program logic to realize the motor control function,and then distribute the time series according to the periodicity of the motor control algorithm.After the software framework is established,the hardware circuit is designed accordingly,including the main control module,the driving module and the protection circuit.(2)The PMSM is quantified and mathematically changed to obtain the pure mathematical model of the motor.On this basis,the theoretical derivation and framework construction of FOC algorithm are carried out,and the complete control algorithm framework is obtained at last.(3)The source of compressor vibration is discussed.In order to suppress the load torque ripple when the motor runs at low speed,a quasi-proportional resonance controller is added to the FOC algorithm.After analyzing the difference between the proportional resonant controller and the quasiproportional resonant controller,the latter is chosen,and the changes of its parameters are analyzed by using the Bode diagram.Finally,the sensorless algorithm module in the control algorithm is introduced.(4)The designed motor controller is written into the motor control algorithm,and the experimental analysis is carried out on the built hardware platform,which finally confirms the correctness and feasibility of the design of the motor controller.
