The motor controller is an important part of new energy vehicles,with the improving of the motor controller development level and the rapid development of related technologies.The motor controller is becoming improving to the requirement of motor controller test technology.The traditional test method for handwritten code and test efficiency cannot meet the deficiency of the current complex test requirements.In order to meet the complex requirements of testing and effectively save time and reduce labor costs,motor controller hardware in the loop test platform came into being.Using the test platform can greatly improve the test efficiency and reduce the difficulty of the test,so the research on the motor controller hardware in the loop test platform has important theoretical and practical significance.In this thesis,a virtual test environment for developing a fault safety algorithm of electric or hybrid vehicle motor control unit based on a hardware-in-the-loop simulator is proposed,and a hardware-in-the-loop simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established,which is convenient and efficient for developing control algorithm.The vector control algorithm model and fault diagnosis algorithm model of PMSM are built on Simulink,and the code is downloaded to the DSP control board with one key.Then the inverter and PMSM models are built on the hardware-in-loop simulation platform based on FPGA,and the fault control algorithm is tested by connecting DSP.The hardware in the loop test platform consists of an upper computer and a lower computer.The lower computer uses the hardware platform of NI Company,and the upper computer uses the Veristand software to realize.When the motor,inverter,and sensor models are operated in an FPGA,the PMSM model can be the motor model in the simulation platform,either a PMSM model based on D-Q transformation or a PMSM model based on finite element analysis.Several different fault modes are implemented and tested on the HIL simulator,which verifies the reliability of HIL and the feasibility of fault detection and fault diagnosis algorithm.
