There are many special reasons to cause track equipment disease in high speed railway. It is difficult to renovate radicaly and may forms many times repeatedly occurred track equipment disease. It also costs a lot of manpower and time. The effect is often poor. This paper analysis disease case through on Zhengzhou-Xi’an high-speed rail Xi’an Railway bureau section of the public works equipment for more than five years since the maintenance management process. We found that current disease treatment scheme has many defects. Therefore, it is necessary to disease repair key aspects of whole attendant research. To treatment before and after the field inspection data were compared and analyzed.
