With the constant development of economy and society,China's high-speed rail technology develops rapidly.Because of the complexity of geological conditions in Zhejiang,the tunnel project is an indispensable important project in railway engineering.The distance between new build high speed railway Mashan tunnel for Hangzhou-Changsha passenger dedicated line and existing Yiwu tunnel is small,the existing Yiwu tunnelis in Hukun busy main line,in order to protect the structure of existing tunnel safe,need controlled blasting for high speed railway tunnel,so as to ensure the safety of existing tunnel structure and operation.This paper mainly use controlled blasting method,and also the theories and methods for safety impact and risk prevention,to analyze the safety of the existing tunnel and the newly built tunnel.(1)The concept of risk management,the risk management goals and processes.Then lead to the project risk managements of planning,identification,estimation,evaluation,deal with,monitoring.(2)The paper research the risk management of tunnel.List the risk factors,the risk assessment index system,the risk factors and risk events for tunnels are: the geological factors,driving accidents,landslides,large deformation,the accident of the equipment and the three party damage etc.(3)Tunnel construction safety risk control and management,this part on the basis of risk identification,analysis and evaluation of the tunnel construction safety risk control and management,mainly introduced the strategic method of risk control.This paper discuss the principle,content and requirements of controlled blasting in detail,and also expounds the controlled blasting of criteria and indicators.get the conclusion of construction is safe by analysizing the collected data,provides a demonstration to carry out the control of blasting vibration safety for the similar engineering.The new High-speed Rail prior to the construction of tunnel,the tunnel has been damaged to a certain extent,both the defect analysis and strategies on the existing tunnel.
