With the development and perfection of the seamless line, it has been widely used in the world. In recent years, China's high-speed railway adopts cross CWR and bridge line infrastructure accounted for relatively high, generally reach more than half of the total length of the line, and there are many long-span bridges across rivers. For the jointless track on the bridge, the additional force acting on the beam and rail due to the temperature change is an important characteristic. Because of the function of coordinating the additional force of beam and rail and the extension of the displacement of the beam and rail, it has been applied to large span bridges. At present, there are more and more applications of rail expansion joint in trunk railway and high speed railway in our country. How in the operation of scientific and reasonable monitoring of rail expansion joint overall status and evaluation,analysis of disease causes and disposal methods is the need to focus on the content, has important significance on the field application works.The Xi'an-Baoji high speed railway XianYang Wei river bridge laying 250km/h ballastless track rail expansion joint as the research object, analysis of CWR Xianyang Wei river bridge on the bridge with different layout conditions the advantages and disadvantages of Xi'an-Baoji high speed railway rail expansion joint long-term field testing data, the study of the relationship between Dalian and the CWR and continued beam rail expansion joint for the three. Combined with the daily maintenance work, analysis the reason of the expansion joint of typical disease problems, according to different types of typical problems put forward a plan to harness the temporary permanent processing, processing, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each treatment and remediation program were compared,which provides a reference for the high speed railway steel rail expansion joint maintenance work, reduce the daily to improve the operation efficiency of workload.At the same time, through the analysis of the results of the study, to a certain extent,the new high-speed rail layout of the rail expansion joint to provide the necessary reference to reduce the incidence of related diseases.
