Since the Twelfth Five-year Plan,with the increase of disposable income of national economy in China,the consumption demand of fresh-keeping forest products increases year by year.Mass daily consumption has become the new normal of flower consumption,in this case also put forward new requirements for fresh-keeping forest production,packaging and logistics and other links have also changed.Due to the low development of cold chain logistics in China,the long-distance transportation of fresh-keeping forest products almost is air transport.And airline capacity is unstable,because there are no freight flights in China.According to the National Bureau of Statistics published data,The Gross Output Value of the forestry industry reached 7.1 trillion yuan in 2017,its rate of growth is 9.8 per cent.In order to develop industry of fresh-keeping forest products in China,it is urgent to solve the contradiction between capacity and demand.With the development of high-speed railway passenger transport in China,the freight value of high-speed railway is becoming more and more prominent,which brings great opportunity for the development of fresh-keeping forest products transportation.Starting with the present situation of fresh-keeping forest products logistics demand and the present situation of high-speed railway line construction,this paper studies the related problems of fresh-keeping forest products transportation based on high-speed railway equipment.The details are as follows:(1)Based on the freight transport conditions of the present high-speed railway passenger lines,this paper studies the opening scheme of the transportation of high-speed rail loading equipment and fresh-keeping forest products,and analyzes its transport operation organization in three aspects,such as the station function,the platform loading and unloading process and the cargo transport operation space under the freight compartment transportation mode.The feasibility of transportation of resh-keeping forest products based on high speed rail equipment is demonstrated.(2)About the part of economic feasibility study.Based on the charging standard of high-speed rail passenger dedicated line,this paper analyzes the operating cost of two modes of transportation from the point of view of passenger and cargo sharing line,such as EMU confirming vehicle transportation and railway freight compartment transportation.It analyzes the unit basic rate of railway cargo transportation by Beijing,Guangzhou and Kunming as logistics centers.It is calculated that the highest unit basic rate is 17.85 yuan/kg,which is lower than the unit charge of air transport(3)About the part of model solving.Firstly,referring to the existing high-speed railway passenger train operation diagram and the technical standard of high-speed railway freight,this paper establishes the fresh-keeping forest products transport route planning model with time window,and its objective function is the total waiting time of customers.Secondly,this paper solves the model by Floyd algorithm and K shortest paths algorithm,Finally,Take flower as an example,the result shows that the high-speed railway transportation can cover more than 90%of the middle east department in China under the condition of satisfying the requirement of flower timeliness,when the starting points are Beijing,Chengdu,Guangzhou,Kunming,Shenyang and Wuhan.The"Medium and Long Term Railway Network Planning"released in 2016,it pointed out that China's high-speed railway network will form an"eight vertical and eight horizontal"pattern.Therefore,the high-speed railway is not only a passenger network,but also become a fast access to a certain freight function in the future.In a word,the high-speed railway freight will reduce the pressure of air transport and promote the diversified development of logistics and transportation in China,so high-speed railway will become an alternative means of transport for air transport.
