With the acceleration of global economic inte gration, the dramatic changes occurin the competitive environment of our aerospace industry. The research and practicefrom domestic and foreign ind icated that lean production is one of the methods toachieving competitive excellent.The impeller&b lisk shop as a branch in an aeroenginemanufacturing company recognized that extens ive production manage ment modecannot win the corresponding profit. The impeller&blisk shop wants to change thebackwardness situation through the promotio n of lean productio n, such as cost, qua lityand delivery, finally improve the overall competitiveness.The thesis’s ma in job:(1)the thesis introduce the background, basic thought, Commonly tools andimp lement process of lean production. By the value stream mapping, the articleanalyses from the shop’s technological process,production mana gement process,plantlayout, Summary some major proble ms in the produce Gemba, and reveal the necessityand feasib ility of lean production for the shop.(2) With the methods of combining the theoretica l analysis and practica lapplication research and apply the value stream mapping, production preparationprocess, Kanban manage ment, we set up many improving program in the leanproduction plant for the shop.1.In princ iple of first-in-first–out set up the pull system and show someKanban as Productio n pull point and Information control point;2.base on group techno logy differentiate part family, confirm a new product unitby the product-quantity analyse,balance the machine and staff capacity for assemblyline,and adjust workshop layout and assemb ly line U-Form;3. built dispatching on time system, carry out tools and frocks dispatching andunit manage ment, reduce the preparing time.(3)this artic le compare the effects between kaizen behaviors before and after,found that the capacity and input-output ratio of resource, production cycle time, workin process have been improved. At the same time, also shows rema ining existingproblems and look ahead for the next work.In this article, it has much more reference value for the similar enterprises andacademic va lue for Lean Production of genera l enterprise.
