The Applied Research Of Lean Production In Cooler Workshop Of Company D

Based on the lean production theory and real status of the production operation,this thesis improves the production operation capability in cooler workshop of company D.It mainly relies on the lean production basic tools like standardization to do the basic improvement of production management.And the production process has also been improved by implementing the tools such as value stream mapping,line balance,pull production and milk run.This research will have a strong guiding significance to the production management improvement in cooler workshop of company D.This thesis describes the overview of lean production method and its application status in domestic and abroad,and introduces the tools of lean production,including standardization,value stream mapping,line balance,pull production,milk run and other basic concepts of lean tools;This thesis also introduces the products and process flow in the cooler workshop of company D,and describes the existing problems of production standardization.Furthermore,the value stream mapping of current status of the cooler workshop is drawn,and the production process is systematically analyzed through the value stream mapping to find the problems in the production process.Then,the future map of value stream was drawn according to the improvement principle of lean production,and the improvement scheme was designed based on the difference between the current status map and future status map of value stream,including production process standardization to lay a foundation for lean process optimization.Then,through the improvement of the line balance,the implementation of pull production and raw material milk run,the production efficiency is improved,machine downtime and raw material inventory is reduced,so in this way the production operation performance is improved obviously.
