As Chinese economic development, the rapid development of the oil industry, which alsomakes the increasing number of annotations stations and other projects, more and morelarge-scale construction process be more complicated, and thus in the construction phase of theproject, there have been many non-foreseeable conditions, the resulting tends to affect theduration. Risk management theory at this stage in our country is not very mature, backwardnesstechnology of risk management, poor awareness of risk management, therefore, strengthen riskmanagement for the smooth progress of the construction phase of annotations stationconstruction project have great significance.In this paper, as construction phase of the Panlong oil extraction plant annotations stationproject in Shaze village for the study, implementation risk identification, risk assessment, riskmanagement for the annotations station, specifically, the contents of this paper are: Firstly,introduces research background and significance, describes the research of the present situationabout risk management related to the construction phase and abroad; elaborates the concept ofrisk, classification, content features and risk management. Secondly, in terms of riskidentification procedures and methods of risk identification carried out a detailed description ofthe risks and annotations station project construction phase were identified. Again, introduces thepurpose and methods of risk assessment, and the introduction of multi-level fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method for risk assessment annotations station. Finally, introduces themethod of risk management, establishment risk management solutions of construction phase ofthe annotations station project. In addition, describes the emergency measures like landslides,landslides, fires, managers lack of capacity, emergency measures mechanical damage, naturaldisasters, and other unexpected events, which are likely occur in construction process. Trying tocombine theory and practice to provide a more convenient approach to risk management for riskmanagers, improve risk management awareness in order to provide reference for the annotationsconstruction risk to avert risk, reduced the loss caused by risk.
