Research On The Detail Design Of The High-rise Residences Surface In Dalian City

With the fast and stable development of Chinese economy, and the sharp city population increase, the proportion of the number of high-rise residences were more and more heavy in the residential construction, a variety of high-rise residential building in various styles have sprung up. It should be said, as the crystallization of modern technology and traditional architecture, its overall design and detail of high-rise residential have a great progress in the evolution, and the architects whose professional level also gradually improved. But at the seem time, we should see, still it has caused many problems in the development process.This paper, which take high-rise residential surface detail as research objects, and focus on Dalian area, discuss the principle of surface structure elements and design method of details, to strive to summarize a suitable system for local area high-rise residential surface detail prototype, what provides a reference for the design of different areas’high-rise residential building, and method for the detail design problems.The article, at first, studied the basic theory and practice research. The introduction part introduces the research background, purpose and significance, meanwhile defined the scope of the study, at the same time collate the theory and practice of domestic and foreign. The second chapter provides an overview of high-rise residential boundary details, which carries on the analysis from essence, classification, influence factors, and so on, providing method for the following case.On this foundation, the third chapter elaborate on something that what about development status of existing high-rise residential and related regulations in Dalian area, and then the remainder of this chapter make a basic and data analysis on the questionnaire which survey living conditions of local high-rise residential and characteristics of surface detail design, and make suggestions about feasibly improved measures of the existing problems.The fourth chapter and fifth chapter discuss the detail design of high-rise residential surface problem from local and global aspects, to this point from the station that based on the formal beauty in principle and subjective and external factors affecting, summarizes the design method according to the different between region and culture, explore ways of high-rise residential buildings, coordinate all kinds of factors related and highlight their own artistic feature. The sixth chapter finally make a quantified analysis on the high-rise residential surface detail design of Dalian area. It is also hope that which trying to use the detail prototype and modality rule summarized above are being on the way. At the same time, it also present some detailed design direction and trend emerging, in order to improve the content of the whole article.
