With the development of society and economy,the urbanization level that China needs to improve and the urban land resources that are in short supply jointly determine the development direction of residential high-rise and industrialization.In order to improve the technical system of high-rise residential buildings in China,change the homogenization tendency of technology,improve the original extensive management mode,and explore the design and construction mode of high-rise industrial houses that the ordinary people are willing to accept and suit the national conditions,this paper studies the literature,field investigation,Combine architectural examples to explore interdisciplinary and propose a set of high-rise industrial housing design-construction model that conforms to the current vision.Firstly,the paper analyzes the development process of foreign and domestic high-rise industrialized houses,studies the design and construction mode,and the evolution and development of related technical systems and theories.Through comparison and analysis,it finds out the shortcomings of China's existing system and their technical strategy.On this basis,the product design theory and the whole set of standardized design and space design principles and methods of high-rise industrial houses based on component system are constructed.At the same time,combined with the case and existing research results,the industrialization based on reinforced concrete cast-in-place is proposed.Based on the four major technical systems of reinforced concrete cast-in-place construction,the new construction model theory finds its shortcomings and optimizes its technology,explores a new cast-in-place industrialized construction method,and proposes a three-stage industrial assembly construction principle.With the technical support of BIM and Internet of Things technology,the BIM information collaboration platform is built,and a new method of component classification and coding is proposed to provide technical support for design-build integrated collaborative work.From the perspective of design and construction mode,the paper sorts out the technical context of the development of high-rise industrial housing,and proposes a complete set of design methodology based on component system and product design mode for industrialization,which fills the gap of domestic related research;The new construction mode theory of reinforced concrete cast-in-place industrialization proposes the three-level industrial assembly principle of high-rise industrialized residential buildings,expands the research perspective and research content of high-rise industrialized houses in China;proposes the theory of design-build full-process synergy,and conducts BIM-based technology.With the support of the Internet of Things technology to build an information-based collaborative platform,and propose a new method of component classification and component coding,it provides a new idea for the realization of information management of residential life cycle.
