Accelerating the development of rural residential industrialization has become an important part of promoting the sustainable development of rural modernization and the implementation of the 19 th National Congress of General Secretary Xi Jinping on ‘implementing rural revitalization strategy,adhering to the strategy of giving priority to agriculture and rural development,and accelerating agriculture and rural modernization'.The current construction technology and industrialized residential system developed for the vast rural areas are still in the exploration stage.The reason is that on the one hand,the overall level of industrialized housing in China is still not high,and it is still at the initial stage.The self-developed industrialized residential system is still in the research & development and experimental stage.On the other hand,the existing residential construction technology in rural areas is widely applied because of its low cost and the related architectural concepts are difficult to reverse in the short term.In this study,this paper attempts to build a rural industrialized residential building system that conforms to China's current national conditions by combining the rigid steel cage free-molding cast-in-place concrete system.This study first summarizes the structural system adopted in rural construction in China and analyzes its existing problems.At the same time,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream industrialized residential system,summarizes the reasons why it can no longer be promoted in rural areas,and then proposes a structural system suitable for the construction of new rural housing-the rigid steel cage free-molding cast-in-place concrete system.Then the paper introduces in detail the practical research results of the system and its applicability in rural areas.Combined with the specific project,the construction method of the on-site component forming and positioning connection was introduced and summarized in detail.Finally,through the specific project design,the design and application of the technology in industrialized residential areas in rural areas were realized.Although the construction model has not been widely promoted at present,through the analysis and summary of this paper,it can be explained that the rigid steel cage free-molding cast-in-place concrete system is in line with the reality of China's current industrialization of construction.Under the premise of meeting the existing standards and regulation,it completely changed the construction mode of residential buildings in rural areas and promoted the development of residential industrialization in rural areas.The system has a good application prospect in the future market.
