Research On Green Construction Evaluation System For Construction Engineering

Our green construction started in the1990s, which is later than western countries. Due to the lack of advanced technology and experience, coupled with the management and imperfect in terms of policy, the green construction of our country still has many problems in the practical application and promotion, which has become the sustainable development bottleneck of our construction industry. China has not set a common evaluation system of green construction, therefore, it has great practical significance for the development and promotion of green construction to establish a scientific and rational green construction evaluation system. This paper mainly talks about what is green construction evaluation, the main points discussed in the evaluation of green construction and construction of green construction evaluation system.Combined with green construction and green construction assessment theory, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of green construction through literature analysis and practical research methods. It also constructs the green construction evaluation model by using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through empirical research, it proves that the evaluation system of green construction is scientific and rational.The paper starts with the theoretical study of green construction and green construction assessment, it describes the content and role of green construction assessment. Then, it presents our existing evaluation system of green construction and advanced green building rating system. Through a full comparison and analysis about advanced green building system, it points out deficiencies and specific reasons of the existing green construction-related evaluation on index system, evaluation method and evaluation system, then it puts forward the main points of green construction evaluation system. At last, according to the objectives and principles of green construction evaluation system, it constructs a set of green construction evaluation system. Through empirical analysis, it further indicates that the evaluation system not only can effectively reflect the characteristics of green construction, but also better meet the demands of comprehensive factors and multi-level requirements for assessment of green construction, which has a certain degree of effectiveness and practicality.
