With the sustainable development strategy and lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,all walks of life in China are seeking a low-carbon,energy-saving and environmentally friendly route.In the traditional construction concept and technology,resource waste and environmental damage are serious,so a green construction mode is created.However,the green construction mode has not been popularized in the construction industry,mainly because the construction enterprises believe that the construction measures are complicated,the cost is too high,and the profit is meager in the implementation process,which restricts the development of green construction.This paper takes the application value of green construction and how to make the best choice among many green construction schemes as the research goal,and uses the value engineering principle to achieve this goal.Aiming at the research objectives of this paper,this paper systematically expounds the green construction,green construction target control,green construction quantitative theory and value engineering theory,and summarizes the advantages of value engineering in the target control of green building projects.In general,the guiding documents under the green building concept of the construction plan design have an important impact on the construction effect.By studying the document,a scientific and reasonable construction plan can be formulated for the role;at the same time,combined with the analysis of the green construction theory system and standards,the functional evaluation index system of the green building project is considered from the perspectives of management,resources and environment.The improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the index.The evaluation of the objective function is a multilevel grey evaluation method.The green construction measures fee is taken as the plan cost,and the value coefficient is used as the basis for the comparison of the plan.The green construction plan optimization model is established to determine the best green construction plan for the construction project.Finally,the paper uses the above research results,combined with the scientific research and education construction project of a university in G city as an example,uses the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the target function evaluation index,and combines the gray construction plan selected bythe gray,the evaluation result is consistent with the actual project.The validity of the evaluation model was verified.
