China is currently in a period of rapid economic growth, with the socialist market economic system have become increasingly prominent inequalities deepened and the deepening of the housing reform, the social stratification of the city residents gradually occupy the social and public resources, lower-middle class living space,and caused a series of social problems. In recent years the government has continued to increase policy support and funding for affordable housing, urban planning as an important public policy plays an important role in rational allocation of social resources, but also the Government to implement the city one of the primary means of scientific development. In the study, reviewed the Shenyang city social space structure evolution, through to the city space structure, housing price and type in the city space in the distribution and other aspects of social structure, analyzed the present situation, summary Shenyang social spatial structure. Thereafter a brief introduction of Shenyang City low-income housing development, supply, the space distribution was analyzed, and the society of Shenyang city spatial structure carries on the contrast research, summarized characteristics of low-income housing layout. Finally, based on the social spatial structure and low-income housing layout research, from the city space layout planning perspective based on alleviating social spatial differentiation of low-income housing layout optimization strategy.
