Research On Combination Design Of Government Subsidized Housing Based On PPVC Modular System

Prefabricated government subsidized housing is an important part of China’s urban housing industry layout.In the face of the growing demand for government subsidized housing in large and medium-sized cities,it is very necessary to explore new construction modes to promote the high-quality development of government subsidized housing construction.As a relatively mature assembly construction mode,PPVC modular construction system has outstanding advantages in low-carbon,energy saving and improving construction efficiency.The research on the function combination design of government subsidized housing is of positive significance to improve the application of PPVC modular construction system.This paper takes government subsidized housing as the research object,optimizes and expands the modular units under the guidance of standardization through decomposition,extraction,classification and other methods,and on this basis,carries out modular combination of house types,summarizes the rules and methods of house type function combination meeting modular construction,and forms a diversified house type combination scheme suitable for a variety of residential needs.Firstly,this paper summarizes the evolution of modular housing,and summarizes the types and characteristics of PPVC modular construction system.Study the basic elements of the module unit,analyze the construction characteristics of the module unit in the aspects of general combination,flexibility and expansion,and establish the research foundation for the subsequent module unit optimization and combination.Secondly,taking the government subsidized housing in Tianjin as an example,this paper summarizes the building characteristics of the government subsidized housing,looks for the specific problems existing in its adaptation to the modular construction system,and puts forward that the modular unit of the government subsidized housing should focus on solving the problems of scale and modulus,streamline rationality,plane smoothness and so on.Through the detailed deconstruction,function extraction and classification analysis of the government subsidized housing space,combined with the construction characteristics of the module unit,the basic residential functions are filled into the module unit for optimization,forming a standard module unit sequence.Finally,guided by the principle of modular house type combination,the traditional design logic based on functional requirements and streamline is transformed into the arrangement and combination of standard module units.Based on the optimization research of module units and the demand analysis of residential groups,this paper summarizes the combination law of house type modules in the selection,combination and adjustment of module units.By analyzing and summarizing the relationship between the house type module and the traffic space,and improving the combination process from the house type module to the building plane,the house type combination method and diversified design results suitable for affordable housing are obtained.
