With the constantly promotion of the industrialization and the aggravation ofthe environmental pollution,noise pollution, it can’t be helped that terrible industrywould ruin the workers’ health, it will make the workers’ inside emotion weary andirritable, in the same time, it will depress their working efficiency. In order toimprove the industry surroundings and increase the efficiency, this text is based onthe theory of the Industrial Factory Landscape Design, it colligates the knowledge ofthe Landscape Design, Landscape Ecology, Environmental Behavior, ColorPsychology and so on, uses the method of the Literature Review, the FiledResearch and the Theoretical Analysis combined with Case Stuy, draws on theexperience of the industrial factory landscape design at home and abroad, explorethe industrial factory landscape design which is good at the health of the workersboth body and mental. This study has analysed the existent problems of industrialfactory landscape in Jilin province, combined the idea that giving high priority tomaking ecological progress and the sustainable development which is propounded inthe18th CPC National Congress by the state, proposed the characteristic way of theinscape of industrial factory landscape, It also proposed the principle and methodwhich is be followed in industrial factory landscape. Taking the industrial factorylandscape reform design of ‘Jinlin Jitong Machinery Manufacture limitedcorporation’ as the case to research the study, during the design, we has consideredthe affect to the staff’ s psychology and physiolosy given by the surroundingssynthetically, set a lot of lush trees, potted plants, greens and so on, created agreenery scene. By reasonable promotion of the industrial factory landscape, we candispel workers’ inquietude and intension, and make workers so relax that they can reduce the press of the hard work and improve the health themselves, just give thegreen life and the health back to them. In the other way, hope this study could give areference to the similar industrial factory reform design, so that de factory landscapecan develop and improve constantly.
