Study On Landscape In Modernized Industrial Plant

Urbanization is inseparable from the development of the industrial economy. In the new rising cities and in the emerging industrial parks, the industrial land takes up a large proportion. Therefore, the landscape of industrial plants is an integral part of the urban landscape, as well as public space, commercial space, and other urban space, which should arouse our full attention. The factory district is the production base of the enterprise construction, and its landscape design is of great significance to enhance enterprise image, promote enterprise culture and its local long-term development. Compared with other urban space, space of factory district has its own characteristics, so that it is not available to simply copy the design principles used in other urban space landscape design.Beautiful and pleasant environment of a factory which marks a high-standard management and shows managers' foresight and care to their employees, is to well combine the economic returns with social effects and environmental benefits. Only an enterprise owns good ecological environment, could it be considered as a modern one. The ecological environment has become an essencial part involved in planning and architecture design, as well as funciton, technology and economy. Therefore, how to make a serious study on industrial enterprises landscape design has become quite urgent in today's China.Based on some examples, the paper focus on the outside environmental design of modern industrial enterprises, with a series of studies on the enterprises' history and present situation, their outside environmental composition and landscape design principles and approaches. By analyzing environmental characters of factory districts, the paper puts forward the landscape design methods applied to the modern factory districts and explores some existing problems.In order to integrate theory with practice, the paper, at last, takes Baoji Petroleum Steel-tube factory as an example to describe its landscape design process and methods. Finally, returning to the theory from practice, it draws the research conclusion from the whole study. This paper tried to break through traditional values to drive industrial plant districts landscape to be new bright spots in the whole urban landscape in the future.
