With urban expansion and economic development,China is undergoing a critical period of economic and social transformation.The adjustment of industrial structure has gradually led to the decline of traditional industries,and a large amount of industrial land generated in the industrial age has been abandoned and left unused.In the current urbanization,land resources are becoming increasingly scarce.It is very necessary to explore the industrial cultural value of abandoned factories that have lost their economic and social functions,and to explore the potential value of abandoned industrial land in terms of leisure and recreation.This research takes urban industrial wasteland as the main body,and conducts research on the landscape reconstruction and utilization methods of urban industrial wasteland.It protects the industrial genetic value of the site while inheriting industrial culture,promotes vegetation regeneration and ecological restoration on the site,and gives the site various functions and enhancements,enhance the vitality of the site and provide the people with a good urban open space.On the basis of reading a large amount of literature,this article explores the landscape transformation design of urban industrial wasteland through the method of literature data,case analysis,induction and deduction,field investigation,and case verification.The results are as follows:First,by analyzing the background of the generation of urban industrial wasteland and the current research status of urban industrial wasteland at home and abroad,the main problems faced by the landscape utilization and transformation of urban industrial wasteland in my country are put forward,and the related issues of urban industrial wasteland are clarified.Definition,analyze the basic characteristics of urban industrial wasteland,and propose the feasibility of transformation.Second,through the analysis of domestic and foreign classic cases,we can summarize and summarize the utilization methods of urban industrial wasteland landscape transformation: the transformation principle part,follow the principles of regionality,peopleoriented,ecological sustainability and comprehensive benefits to meet the needs of urban industrial wasteland transformation In the part of the reuse model,four types of functional replacement models are summarized,namely,creative industrial parks,public facility land,community land,recreational places,etc.;in the part of design techniques,preservation and reuse,artistic transformation,and continuation are proposed.Site spirit and culture,environmental restoration and regeneration,and other landscape transformation and utilization methods.Third,taking the Qingdao CRRC Sifang Locomotive Factory as a practical case,using the relevant theories of urban industrial wasteland to conduct research,based on a detailed analysis of the project background and current situation,the landscape utilization and transformation of the CRRC Sifang Factory according to local conditions.In terms of landscape structure,integrate the industrial texture of the site to create a “two-axis” and “onezone” landscape structure,that is,an industrial axis,a cultural and creative axis,and an ecological belt.The landscape nodes of the park are arranged around it to enhance the sequence of the site;In terms of zoning,space integration is carried out according to the current situation of the original site,and the functions of industrial culture promotion,industrial history promotion and landscape participation are played;in terms of architectural renovation,the building preservation method is determined according to relevant data,and reasonable functional replacement is carried out in combination with its structural characteristics;in the site In terms of spirit and culture,the industrial spirit is refined and integrated into the regional culture,and characteristic structures are reused to create the atmosphere of the industrial age;fully respect the original site environment,excavate the industrial spirit of the site,and make full use of the high-value industrial elements in the site to create An urban public space integrating commerce,entertainment,exhibition and leisure.Under the guidance of related theories,this specific practice is used as an example to practice the method of landscape utilization and transformation in urban industrial wasteland,which provides a useful reference and reference for the research on urban industrial wasteland landscape transformation.
