Discussion On Protection And Utilization And Renewal Of The Relics Surroundings-Design Strategy Of Lu Jiang Ancient Academy Surroundings

The surroundings of architecture heritages exist as the environment with this relics,retains the real information in the evolution of history. In today’s urban construction, the relics mostly can get conscious of protection, while the environment in which due to the social and economic factors is difficult to get reasonable protection and development of its surrounding environment tend to lose the overall development process cultural features of the environment, social function it has also been ignored.Paper combing through domestic and international theories about the historical and cultural heritage and environmental protection.specifically related to the theoretical basis of historical and cultural heritage and its surrounding environmental protection and planning and design. Meanhile, the current research strategy and related design methods for heritage in the external environment were collated and analyzed, this paper mainly in terms of the transformation of the design of the built environment, landscape style dressing shaping and historic areas updating strategies to explain the concepts and implementation of the principles. Through the analysis of typical examples, combined with the contrast one aspect of their design practice, establishing the system of environment-related design elements in the relics surrounding, and summarizes the design methods and type of policy.In this paper, the strategy designed primarily for Lu Jiang ancient academy cultural relics protection units of the historic buildings, and physical space Lu Jiang College extracellular environment.Design a new perspective proposed relics surroundings and outdoor environmental design strategy, that of ensuring the complete original site within the living environment situation, try not to demolish residential building, fully consider the natural, historical and spatial conditions of the site. Meanwhile make dressing and supplement with landscape heritage extracellular environment factors, reflect the local landscape characteristics and historical culture.
