With the rapid development of economy, the advancement of urbanization, how to coordinate the environment resources、economic and social sustainable development is becoming more and more important. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign scholars research on the bearing capacity, combining with the actual situation of the three central cities in Fujian province, according to the scientific and comprehensive principle, Selecting the environment、resources、economy、infrastructure、social and economy factors to construct the evaluation index system of the three central cities in Fujian province, with the improved normalization method to standardize evaluation index, With objective evaluation method of entropy proportion method to determine the weight, evaluating on the present situation and the annual dynamic of the comprehensive carrying capacity of the three central cities in Fujian province. The results show that:The city’s comprehensive carrying capacity of Xiamen is on the first, the city’s comprehensive carrying capacity of Fuzhou is on the second, the city’s comprehensive carrying capacity of Quanzhou is on the third. The value of the city’s factors bearing capacity is different in different cities. It means that the city’s factors bearing capacity have different affects to different cities. The indicators of the environmental and resource bearing capacity become the main restriction factor to the city’s comprehensive carrying capacity. At last, put forward some countermeasures to improve the city’s comprehensive carrying capacity of Fuzou、Xiamen and Quanzhou.
