High performance concrete (High performance concrete referred to as HPC) intwentieth century80’s early90’s, some developed countries have put forward a to thedurability of the structure as the main design index, new concrete new concept, whichis based on the original performance of the traditional concrete give sharply,producedby the use of modern concrete technology of concrete. High performance concretehas been applied in many high-rise building, bridge engineering, harbor construction,road works and other important projects, play its unique advantages.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1) the background and the presentsituation of research and application of high performance concrete,(2) mix designprinciple and method of high performance concrete,(3) key points of constructionquality control of high performance concrete,(4) mainly by the engineering example,the application of high performance concrete in the south of Fujian province.Through research, access to large amounts of data and empirical, results show that:(1) high performance concrete is superior to normal concrete incomparable,workability, durability and stability of high performance concrete has better,(2)features in the configuration is low the water cement ratio, the selection of highquality raw materials, and must be added to a sufficient number of admixture andhigh efficient additives,(3) in the reinforced concrete construction to take specialmeasures to various anti-corrosion treatment, in order to improve the durability andservice life of structures. With the economic indicators and environmentalsignificance of the high performance concrete, is the development direction ofconcrete technology in the future. Through this study, the application of the highperformance concrete in the actual engineering, especially for the application of highperformance concrete has a certain reference value in the south of Fujian province. |
