The conceptual design of medium and smallunit type will be elaborated regarding house models, styles and appropriate inhabitants and thelayout of furniture, house plants, ornaments and the utilization of color to render thedecoration in the house, together with economy, environment protection and feasibility, inorder to provide feasible design plan for these three types.The plan of “the conceptual design of medium and small unit type” aims to create a smallbut impressive housing environment. Incorporating the use of technical methods and economiccapability, the three conceptual designs are based on functional demands, supported by themethods of environmental arts design and depended on the form of interior decoration style inorder to achieve a comfortable, impressive and appealing environment. The three designs canprovide visually rich experiences in a small area while improving humanist atmosphere inmedium and small unit type house and ultimately, make the medium and small unit type housemore comfortable and wonderful.
