With the long-term development of our country’s hydropower resources,newexploitable resources are increasingly limited,the cost and difficulty of developingare growing.While many old hydropower exist many problems in the design、construction、 equipment quality and other aspects because of historicalconditions.What’s more, after years of running,the hydropower is overwhelmed andneed innovation ver much.The Zhanghuiqu hydropower in Ganzhou,Jiangxi Provinceis such a hydropower station.In this paper, a series of problems for Zhanghuiqu hydropower station arecited.Relying the Engineering Practice during the internship in Ganzhou Water PowerSurvey and Design Institute,the technological innovation for Zhanghuiqu hydropowerStation is designed according to the relevant national design specification about theinnovation for hydropower Station.Firstly,the runoff regulation of hydropower stationis calculated, capacity and rated head is identified. Next, head loss of the diversionchannel is calculated, flow capacity of diversion system and plant stability arechecked.Then, the type and device type as well as the main parameters of the turbinegroup are determined. The optimal solution is chosen by calculating technical andeconomic indicators. Finally, the main equipment hydraulic machinery and machineryequipment of auxiliary systems are layout. In addition, technological innovationprogram of the electrical parts is given,the economic benefits of the project isanalyzed. Through technological innovation project,the safety hazards of hydropowerstation will be eliminated.what’s more, water resources will be fully utilized,electricity needs of local people will be met and the local economic will be promoted.
