Research On Technological Innovation Of Rural Small Hydropower Station

Water resource is a basic natural resource, strategic economic resource and public social resource. Hydropower resource is an important part of water resources, but also clean and renewable energy resource. Scientific and rational exploitation of hydropower resource is an important support of China’s sustainable economic and social development. Hydropower is not only renewable and environmentally friendly power, but also has a positive effect on reducing carbon dioxide emissions and atmospheric pollution and preventing global warming.Currently, development of hydropower resources has reached a higher level, and the-exploitable increment and potential of hydropower resources is limited. The focus has gradually transformed from large-scale exploitation to emphasis on the efficient use and protection of resources. Many equipment of hydropower stations built early has reached or exceeded the depreciation period. The efficiency of equipment is low, and there are security risks existing. With promoting construction of hydropower rural electrification at this stage, we should focus on rural hydropower station renovation project.Therefore, the research on technological innovation of rural small hydropower will become an important subject of the rural hydropower workers. Based on analysis of the major problems of rural small hydropower station, the new way of rural small hydropower technological innovation was made up of improving the energy efficiency of hydraulic facilities, transformation and renovation of aging equipment and synergism dilatancy, which was guided by scientific management ideas. The main content are summarized as follows:(1) On the basis of extensive reading literature, the writer expounded the purpose and significance of research on technological innovation of rural small hydropower.(2) Combined with the development of small rural hydropower, this thesis illustrated the necessity and effect of small rural water transform, and expounded the main content of the technological innovation of rural small hydropower.(3) Combined with engineering examples, according to the successful experience of rural small hydropower station innovation, this thesis proposed some suggestions on technological innovation of rural small hydropower station. It is guidance meaning for technological innovation of rural small hydropower station.
