Research On Petrochemical Engineering Construction Quality Control

In recent years, following the increasing demand for the environmental protection and emissions standards, the requirement for higher quality of gasoline and diesel oil is brought forward. The volume of the production of gasoline and diesel oil in Jilin Petrochemical Company accounts for around55%of the total volume of production. Yet the quality standard can not meet the new standard requirement. Therefore, the quality of gasoline and diesel oil must be upgraded and revamped to meet the new standard requirement for the quality of gasoline and diesel oil. Meanwhile, the project revamp can also reach the target of energy saving and emission reduction and consequently achieve the optimization of crude oil refining and processing to meet the basic requirements of refinery integration.Long construction cycle, high cost of investment, high technology content, high quality requirement for the petrochemical engineering are the characteristics of the chemical project. Therefore, to achieve quality control of the chemical project and to ensure long period and stable operation of the plant is the primary objective of the chemical plant construction.This paper delves into domestic and foreign quality control theory and quality control status of our country’s petrochemical engineering construction, through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of petrochemical engineering construction, comprehensively analyzed the main factors affecting the quality control of all aspects of the project. This paper takes PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company700KTPA/FCC Project Revamp Engineering Construction for cases, analyzed the quality control methods and guarantee measures of the project from every angle and all aspects ranging from the design, construction, procurement and management, makes analysis using quality statistics data and sets up an effective quality management system and quality assurance planning (QAP) providing a reference for the job of quality control of the project and has received actual effectiveness.
