Construction engineering quality relates to people’s life in all aspects,while acting as the foundation supporting the survival of construction enterprises as well.Construction engineering quality control requires multiple subjects to cooperate with each other and to take participate in the process together.However,as construction stage itself playing a crucial role in transforming the construction designs into entities,it is also a stage of various potential quality accidents,combined with diversified construction factors on a wide range of quality fluctuation,resulting in a huge increase in control difficulty on construction quality.Therefore,a positive impact on ensuring construction engineering quality rely on exploration and research of the quality control during the construction stage.Based on the fundamental theories and methods for constructional engineering quality control,an in-depth research was made for the quality control during construction progresses by using actual projects.First of all,an analysis was made on the current development of the building industry,stressing the significance of enhancing quality control under the industry background that opportunities coexist with challenges.On the basis of relevant studies at home and abroad,relevant theories on quality control were discussed and some commonly-used quality control methods were analyzed.Secondly,based on working experiences,common quality problems in building construction engineering were summarized from engineering complaints and engineering inspection and statistic data;an in-depth analysis was made on such quality problems,and the causes of such problems were analyzed from the aspects such as personnel,materials,machinery,environment and methods;it was concluded that personnel are the crux of engineering quality control and personnel management shall be enhanced during construction.Finally,a housing project was used for the research and three-stage quality control was utilized to elaborate the specific contents of quality control for each stage,including preparations before construction,quality control during construction and that for project acceptance.For whole process quality control,attention shall be paid to advanced control,personnel control shall be enhanced during preparations,and quality control points shall be established for common quality problems.During project implementation,inspections shall be made for main works through engineering inspections and such inspection results shall be analyzed and determined by using Pareto diagram or column diagram.The concept of analytic hierarchy process shall be used for quality problems found in the above inspections to determine the significance of each influence factor.By doing that,the crucial factors that cause quality problems are standing out,aiming at which can we take improvement measures,optimizing plans of quality control and evidently improving the engineering quality.This method will allow the engineering quality staying in control effectively once get promoted aggressively in future engineering constructions.During construction of building works,emphasis must be put on both precontrol of all quality factors in construction preparation and control during construction.In light this,the following process shall be followed:discover problems by means of supervision and inspection;make analysis;improve plans;solve problem;make summary;popularization and application.This paper studies and discusses relevant theories based on literature search,summarizes quality issues based on investigation and statistics and describes key points of quality control in all construction stages,and as thus reveals the effectiveness of quality control theories and approaches.In this paper,beforehand prevention and staff management are attached importance and control measures for common quality issues arising in construction are proposed.In terms of those typical quality issues arising during actual construction,on the basis of on-site conditions,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to build analytical models and proposes improvement suggestions from technology,staff and preliminary construction and optimizes quality control measures,and we believe these approaches and measures have a certain guiding significance for settlement of actual engineering issues. |
