In today's rapid economic development, the national infrastructure investment is increasing, which led to the rapid development of the construction industry. The construction quality of the product, function, investment in building products, has a great influence and even the safety of person and property. Strengthen the construction project quality management, the quality of people's lives and property safety and building products is guaranteed, is a top priority for construction projects.Harbour engineering quality control is the core of the port channel management and other infrastructure projects. There is no quality there is no progress of the project, letting investment alone. China's port terminal project, although the overall level of quality has been greatly improved, but the pier infrastructure quality management, quality control still exist many non-standard problems, the project is still a lot of quality problems, quality problems of some works gradually over time exposed,endangering the safety of life and property,affecting the sustainable development of water transportation industry. Construction of water transport has always valued progress,there is a tendency even one-sided pursuit of speed. Some projects in the past to reduce quality standards,spared no expense to accelerate the construction schedule, to pay dearly. Now,water port construction management increasingly scientific awareness of the gradual increase in construction quality control, and therefore need to study the optimization of construction quality control.This paper introduces the construction quality management status and the characteristics of Haitong Automobile Ro Ro Terminal project, and the project or some similar engineering quality problems in the construction process, based on the analysis of fishbone diagram analysis of Haitong(Taicang) engineering construction quality problems have asked the reason, and make a preliminary analysis, as far as possible find out all the factors affecting the quality of construction; secondly, using expert investigation method for the investigation of the influence of all factors on the quality of construction for further analysis, find out the factors influencing the construction quality of the degree; using the probability method of fuzzy mathematics on various factors affecting the quality on the basis of analysis and calculation and the extent of the loss, and probability based on the loss, we can obtain the effect of the importance of engineering construction quality Haitong terminal, and to control the final; The improvement measures are put forward in the view of the factors influencing the construction quality of the dock project.According to Haitong(Taicang) construction project quality evaluation, the Haitong(Taicang) weak link of project quality and comprehensive evaluation results. The results show that: the construction phase of the project personnel, materials, machinery, construction technology and other factors influencing the quality of quality of the whole project impact larger, resulting in the loss of is more serious and need to focus on management and control of these factors.This study enriches the construction quality management theory and management experience, improve the level of quality management, the quality management of similar projects in future, there is positive significance.
