| With development of digital camera which towards high resolution and highframe,the data transmission speed is greatly improved.High speed transmission hasbrought great challenges to the design and test of hardware.Combined with theactual project requirement,a design of high resolution and high frame camera ispresented in this paper.The camera includes three parts:the acquisition of image data,the processing ofimage data and the transmission of image data.Choosing CMV2000that produced byCMOSIS as the image sensor,using the Camera Link standard for high speed cameraoutput interface in the design.Selecting Xilinx Virtex4FPGA to achieve acquisition,processing and allocation of high-speed image data.In order to the miniaturization and integration of Camera Link camera,thedesign gives up the traditional scheme which uses DS90CR287as coding chip.Theoutput-encoding function based on FPGA was designed and implemented in thispaper.The maximum resolution of the designed camera is2048*1024,the frame ratereaches280fps,the maximum instantaneous rate for image transmission runs up to640MB/s.In order to achieve the correct sampling of high speed data,the designmaked full use of the Xilinx Virtex4FPGA ChipSYNC function to realize bitalignment and word alignment algorithm using VHDL and trained the channelthrough this algorithm.It reduces the difficulty of hardware design, at the same time,it greatly enhances the integrity of the sampled data.The experimental results demonstrate the stable and reliable of the camera withadvantages of integrated and miniaturized.It meets the requirements of the project. |
