With economic development and the improvement of living standards, people have agrowing number of cars, and was followed by cell vehicle management problems. Currentlythe non-contact IC card is the most common way in cell vehicle management, however, thereading and writing distance of IC card is more recent, Vehicles must stop and credit cardwhen in and out of district. With the growth of the cell vehicle, it is inevitably cause trafficjam in the peak period of vehicle access. In addition, the user information in the IC card caneasily be stolen and cause the loss of the vehicle, which will cause a huge economic losses. Inthis paper, a vehicle management system of community based on UHF RFID is designed. Thesystem has a high degree of automation and convenient safety. The main contents in the paperare as follows:First: The overall design of the system architecture.Through requirement analysis, the architecture of the intelligent parking managementsystem is determined. The system is divided into two parts: hardware system and softwaresystem. The hardware system includes entrance equipment, automatic parking guidancedevice, data processing equipment, security monitoring devices, exit devices, chargingequipment, lighting ventilation equipment, etc; software system is mainly PC softwaremanagement.Second: The design of system hardware.Vehicle detection devices: Selected dual-channel loop vehicle detector PD232, it hasshort detection time, high sensitivity and anti-jamming, good stability, and can meetvarious types of cell vehicles non-stop access.RF interface circuit of readers: RF interface circuit includes the local oscillatorfrequency signal generator, a mixer, a band pass filter, amplifier and other functionalmodules. The oscillation frequency of the signal generator is selected asNCPD6-915BR, the mixer for frequency conversion process by using MRFIC2002,then integrated band pass filter F5CE-915M00-236extract the useful signal, and thefinal output signal through the amplifier MAX2430.Reader antennas: Select directional antenna TDJ-915BQ12-C, its operatingfrequency is between902MHz and928MHz. In the paper, the antenna installed byusing mounting stand beside to ensure the reader antenna is matched with and thepolarization direction of the tag antenna.Third: The design of PC software system.The system selects SQL Server2008to store data, and design software modules byVisual C#. Software modules include login module, billing module, vehicle access control,vehicle basic information management module, the user card management module and reportmodules. This paper shows the function and the interface of each module and the corresponding code.In this paper, a vehicle management system of community based on UHF RFID isdesigned. It effectively solves the safety, vehicle speed and parking into residential billing toachieve a cell vehicle management automation and intelligent.
