Research And Application Of Warehouse Management System Based On RFID Technology

In the electric power supplies, storage as an important part of logistics, information technology can effectively improve the efficiency of its operation. But non-isolating warehouse management systems and a lot of manual operation can reduce storage efficiency, which will produce all sorts of mistakes. RFID is a kind of Radio Frequency Identification technology which is used more and more widely. The RFID technology combined with the warehouse management system, can reduce a lot of manual operation, improve the efficiency of storage. The web development oriented warehouse management system could integrate with the automation equipment control system through the network protocol, and improve the automation level of warehousing business.There are lots of kinds of power supplies. In this paper, we study the object as a power supplies in Jiangsu stereoscopic warehouse. The goods in warehouse are transformers, cables, and watt-hour meter, etc. In this paper, the working principle of RFID and RFID system composition of the solution process were studied and the current situation of the warehouse were analyzed.Then the relevant requirements of warehouse management system were summed up.At last, a warehouse management system based on RFID technology was designed which implements intelligent material in-out warehouse management, inventory process. At the same time, the system realized the integration with warehouse automation equipment control system (WCS). Warehouse controller dispatch automation control equipment through the WMS system by using task management functions.The system completes the acceptance standards, and has set up a successful on-line operation. System is running well.The design scheme was regarded as promotion strategy.
