| The great development of construction industry has increasingly significant in social economy, at the same time, the requirement for technology and the quality is dramatically. The building is taken as human perch, whose quality has direct impact on daily life, even on counties and people’s safety. Quality control in the construction stage is the key process of construction quality, as well as a priority for all in the cost-control, progress-control, etc. The incorrect quality control and management will lead to not only the extension of time as well as high costs, but also bring about serious security implications. So only in the way that quality control and management in the construction stage was reinforced and the effective measures was taken, can the quality standard will reach the relevant provisions. This article was based on the fundamental theory and methods, and made a further research about the quality control and management in the actual project.The domestic and international quality control situation of the development at quality control is briefly introduced. The developing stage has been summarized and the basic conception and theories of quality control has been analyzed.The quality control and management in the constructing process has been researched. The quality control contents have been on the list which is about the advance control, intermediate control and afterwards control. The real-time control for quality has been raised by the means of statistical analysis to make sure it under the control.The basic theory and method was applied with project example. An architectural engineer about primary school was taken as an object to refine quality controlling essentials. The inspection data were summarized and analyzed by Pareto diagram, histogram and control chart. So quality condition was reflected online.At last a remark and summarizes were made for quality control effect. The constructive suggestions about improvement of management were given. |
