Research On Application Of BIM Technology In The Construction Quality Control Of Building Engineering

With the development of science and technology, to speed up the process of urbanization, improve the people's living standards and quality of life, people began to the building function, appearance and comfort of the requirements are increasingly high, which also led to the building more and more functions, the construction process is more and more complex, the construction quality requirements are also getting higher and higher. There are a lot of problems in the traditional construction process quality control, for example: low level of information in the construction process, collaborative work more difficult difficulty, poor visual effect, more unpredictable problems and other disadvantages. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the construction quality control is effective.In this paper, according to the disadvantages of traditional construction quality control and the development trend of BIM technology, the application of BIM technology in the construction quality control is proposed, to achieve the application of BIM Technology in the whole process of construction project and construction quality control, to solve the quality problems in construction quality control, so as to improve the level of construction quality management.(1)Through a lot of reading literature and comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research status, put forward the main problems existing in the field and the significance of this study.(2)based on analysis of existing construction quality control theory and BIM technology, the introduction of BIM technology to the construction quality control process to go to find and solve problems, and develop new ideas of construction quality control.(3)Systematically discusses the application of BIM Technology in construction quality control means and methods, the application of BIM and related technologies and some advanced quality detection and control technology combined to the architectural engineering construction quality control for the process.(4)On the basis of the traditional system of quality control and construction based on BIM Technology quality control system application framework and application process, for the realization of the BIM Technology in the whole construction process quality control application foundation; BIM Technology and PDCA circulation method in the construction quality control of mutual aid with each other, and ultimately to achieve the application of BIM Technology in the quality control of construction process.(5)Finally, the paper analyzes and summarizes the BIM technology to solve the existing problems in the construction process, as well as the application of BIM technology in the construction quality control of the highlights.
