Under the background of "double carbon",building-integrated photovoltaics(BIPV)will usher in a period of rapid development.The so-called BIPV is the application of photovoltaic modules as building envelope materials to the building envelope system to integrate with the building.Quality problems often occur during the construction of integrated projects,considering that such projects have both the characteristics of building envelope engineering and the characteristics of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects.The traditional construction quality control solutions for curtain wall projects and distributed photovoltaic power generation projects are no longer fully applicable.Therefore,starting from the actual situation,this paper conducts an in-depth investigation of the current construction quality of CE Group’s Copper Indium Gallium Selenide Photovoltaic Building Integrated Photovoltaic(CIGS-BIPV)project,finds out the causes of the main construction quality problems of such projects,and proposes the construction quality suitable for integrated projects.Control countermeasures to effectively improve the construction quality management level of CE Group’s CIGS-BIPV project.This paper takes the CE Group CIGS-BIPV demonstration project as a research case,and the specific research contents are as follows:1)Through literature reading and project case data analysis,the construction characteristics of photovoltaic building integration projects are summarized,and the quality requirements and common construction quality problems of CIGS-BIPV projects are determined.On this basis,the primary and secondary analysis of the quality problems in the construction process of the demonstration project is carried out by using the arrangement diagram method,and the main construction quality problems that need to be studied in depth are obtained.2)The expert group will use the methods of literature analysis and construction data analysis to carry out qualitative analysis to obtain a list of influencing factors of major construction quality problems.Then,the key influencing factors were identified by quantitative analysis using the grey relational degree method.Finally,the characteristics of the key factors are summarized,the specific reasons for the quality problems are summarized,and the main reason is that the photovoltaic building integration management is not clear,and the tree diagram method is used for the specific reasons.kind.3)Research on the control countermeasures for the causes of the construction quality problems of CIGS-BIPV projects,supplement and refine the "integrated management requirements" in the current technical regulations for the main reasons,and put forward the "PV building integrated management system".Finally,the quality control measures proposed in this paper are applied and verified in the Hainan project,which proves that the research results of this paper are scientific and effective.Based on the relevant theories of quality management,this paper explores and researches the construction quality improvement methods of CIGS-BIPV projects,and finds out the quality control countermeasures suitable for integrated projects.The research results of this paper have a good reference for CE Group to carry out construction quality control of the same type of projects.
